Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you also retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Any disputes shall, where legally possible, be brought before the courts of Lower Saxony, Hanover, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
